6:30-7:30 am-

Big Event Kickoff & Breakfast at the GERMAN Club Manor

Introduction of the Guests and overview of how the day will be run.

Transportation will be provided to and from the hotel.

7:30 am-

Head over to the Drillfield to begin setting up for The Big Event.

10:00 am-

The Big Event Begins!

Conference guests will be escorted to different project sites to see the volunteer work being done and may be given a small volunteer project to do yourselves. Please dress accordingly for this.

Lunch will be provided on the Drill Field.

4:00 pm-

The Big Event Ends.

Optional Evening Activities:

The Executive Committee will be eating dinner at El Mariachi this evening and all conference guests are welcome to attend however the cost of dinner will not be covered this evening.

Overall overview of our structure and our event.

10:00 am-

First Session - Outreach Team

We will cover marketing tactics for The Big Event, Volunteer Recruitment, and Expansion Efforts. How does your school organize this?

10:30 am-

Second Session - Projects Team

We will cover how to secure projects, how to organize and check the project sites, and how to secure all necessary materials to complete the projects. How does your school organize this?

11:00 am-

Third Session - Programs Team

We will cover how to organize internal activities and what types of activities are successful, fundraising strategies, and the importance of the Secretary. How does your school organize this?

11:30 pm-

Question & Answer Session

12:00 pm-
